I am thinking of using a 30 amp breaker with 12/3 wire underground in PVC conduit and making an entrance into the building and put a couole of 15A breakers from the lights and power tools. I plan on running 2 fluorescent 8 foot lights, and a small 110v AC unit plus a few receptacles for power tools. Any suggestions from the electrical crowd?

I know there are a lot of variables to consider, but what is a ballpark figure for something like this?
