Plant Nanny 12 oz Watering Globe with Green Finial – Set of 3
Product Description
The Plant Nanny is a specially-engineered ceramic stake that waters your plant easily and beneficially. Inserted into moist soil near the root base, the Nanny will release water as the soil begins to dry, so it won’t under-water or over-water your plants. The lovely fluted glass globe serves as the water reservoir and adds a shimmer of beauty to the plant and just a touch of color with the decorative finial. The water level can easily be seen, so you know exactly when to refill the globe. Packaged in a decorative gift box.

Plant Nanny 12 oz Watering Globe with Green Finial – Set of 3
I have a plant that I tried to keep well watered, but for some reason I was having a lot of trouble–either over watering it or not watering it enough (even with the Aqua Globe). The Plant Nanny has saved my plant. It had not flowered in over a year and now I have 3 blooms on it.
I love it because the base fits into the plant and does not need to be removed. I can clearly see the water level and when the globe needs to be refilled. It is simple to fill unlike Aqua Globes that can be a bit of a pain (the small ones have a small tube while the large ones have a long tube that need to be filled in a large sink that I can get it under the water at the right angle).
For my medium and large plants, I prefer the Plant Nanny to the Aqua Globes. If you have any plants that do not have deep roots, the Plant Nanny can be difficult because it does need to be well immersed into the soil. For those, I still use the small Aqua Globes.
